I came here for 4 nights and had a very nice stay. The hotel was located just off Colosseum and metro A subway. Booked a room with bathroom. It was nice to have a refrigerator, an oven and a stovetop available.

The room with a bathroom was in a great, quiet area, and I enjoyed having brunch nearby at Gradi Plato Epiro.

Cozy double room equipped with an electric kettle, fridge, and air conditioning 🌬️. Having a bath in the private bathroom was a nice bonus. the friendly and helpful staff were always around to assist.

I loved the convenient location near the metro, supermarket, and main historical sites in the San Giovanni district during my 2-night stay.

Enjoyed having central heating, flat-screen television, and a fridge in the room. the bathtub in the reasonably spacious bathroom was super awesome. - the location was magnificent, very close to the closest metro stop and all major sightseeing points and historical places. - Had a great time having supper and drinks at nearby Gradi Plato Epiro.

I loved being in this place for 5 nights. the hotel's location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance to all the sightseeing points. the staff was affable and attentive, they fixed my issues. the rooms were new-fashioned and fairly quiet, with hypo-allergenic pillows.

Well, the strategic location of this place allows me to easily reach Rome's cultural and entertainment spots. It's perfect for both a history-filled tourist stay and a business trip. Oh, and don't forget the carefully organized furniture for my well-being and relaxation.

Who needs to understand the owner anyway? It's not like I need to communicate with them in English at a guest house.
